Due to the facade of the building and complex structure, the proposed remodeling of this apartment is based on the union of logic elements, instead of hiding the chaos, creating spacious and lighted areas with different views in each room. These lines create independent spaces that should not be closed by walls or doors, these are aspects that describe the house at first glance.
The main element of design spaces are laminated metal plates lying in the hallway to the bedrooms, guest bathroom, the elevator goes to the dining room and is becoming an important part of it. Huge library, which does not reach the ceiling, follow the same rules, but the perpendicular orientation. These are the only two elements that define the boundaries of common space in the house.
Another important aspect of the project are the minimum common areas, corridors have become part of the adjacent areas. Thus the house becomes very convenient and easy to use.
Functional design and attractive appearance combined with a rich palette of materials and colors: dark gray tiles, metal, wood and glass. All were selected to bring out the best from each of them, textures, shadows and highlights are unique elements that work together, creating a strategic combination.
Dark gray panels used in the hallway in the foyer and living room are also used in bathrooms, but in combination with walls covered with two shades Venetian tiles. Walls in the guest bathroom is lined with black calfskin, emphasizing etching Venetian mirror and sink from granite.
